Check the loading on the 5V bus. Consumption values for special
function blocks can be found in table1. 5.For maximum available
current see the table below . Check the
loading on the 24V DC service supply. Look up the number of
expansion I/O on the tables opposite. Find the residual current.
This can then be used to power sensors etc.

Resistors and inputs connected in parallel;
Parallel resistance Rp: FX= 15kW, FX2C= 18kW. If resistance Rp is
less than the stated value, then add Rb. See equation 1 for Rb
calculation. Alternatively; Current leakage:
FX=1.5mA;FX2C=1mA. If the current leakage is greater than the
stated value, then
add Rb.See equation 2 for Rb calculation.
